Honey

Why?
This is a way that bees store their food for when there is not pollen from flowers in bloom.

What?

Bees only eat nectar (which is their carbohydrates) & pollen (their energy). The enzymes in their stomachs break this down into a simpler sugars (glucose & fructose). Honey will also contain a variety of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes that they acquire from the flowers they feast on. Honey flavor is dependent on their diet, which will depend on the area. It is said that honey from your area is best for  you because it can help fight your allergies.
